Communication between departments is poor. I was promised a fix for a problem. It was not fixed. Don't promise what you can't deliver. I felt like once you had my money i was no longer a priority. You can do better!
My patience and tolerance threshold for buying a car is very low and is rarely enjoyable for me. Today was different! It still took 2+ hours, but I actually enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very friendly. Hopefully I didn't annoy others that were there, as a few of us were having some laughs and a "good ole days" conversations from the North Stars to Gramma B's and all points in between.
