Fabulous experience with Mike Benincasa! Would absolutely buy from him again!
I have been trying different Nissan dealerships for service work. This time I tried Walser Nissan for just an oil change. Made an appointment online and brought my car in on time. They told me my car would be ready in about one hour. After 1 1/2 hours I checked on my car. They said it had just gotten in. By the time they came and got me it was over 2 hours for a simple oil change and complimentary vehicle check. I leased a 2025 Nissan Murano from this dealership early last year, and while there were some positive aspects, overall I wouldn’t recommend purchasing here.
First, I do want to call out my sales rep—he was helpful, professional, and went above and beyond during the process. That made the initial experience pleasant.

Communication between departments is poor. I was promised a fix for a problem. It was not fixed. Don't promise what you can't deliver. I felt like once you had my money i was no longer a priority. You can do better!
My patience and tolerance threshold for buying a car is very low and is rarely enjoyable for me. Today was different! It still took 2+ hours, but I actually enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very friendly. Faith was great to work with!
Worked with Mike B. on a pre-owned black on black Jaguar F-Type. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. Showed me the service records. Ended up going with a car out of state, due to it being in a different color combination.
I had a scheduled time to pick up the car so knew I was coming. Said it had been detailed the day before...it looked terrible inside and out.
The Jeep I traded-in did not get paid off for over a couple weeks. I was placed into collections. The trucks windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I came back to get my plates and they didn't have the mount. It has been a rough start.
The cost of the brake fluid flush was twice the price as if I had taken it to a local mechanic shop.
The car I bought less than 2 months ago is a lemon. I bought an extended warranty in case of a situation like this, but when I took the vehicle to the dealership to be repaired, Service claims nothing was wrong with it.
Bob was great to work with. Even though he was working with a second customer I never felt like I was neglected. And got me the best deal he could.
Tom was great to work with! He was very helpful and not pushy at all.

Walzer did a payoff on my loan and still owes money because it was not sent and received by the bank within the required timeframe. Now after supposedly paying off the loan I still owe money. This whole purchase has become a fiasco and quite frankly I am now xxxxxx off.
initial salesman shifted to another contact without explanation, 2nd salesman adequate on making the sale his follow up after the sale was forced minimum, will his boss is suspected of lying to put off the requested title registration to the husband's name. Lady in charge of filing was wonderful, but because of will was ineffective. Good dealership but service center is difficult. When you schedule a service appointment you don’t get in at that time. You get put in a line. Average wait time for a standard oil change has been 3 hours or more on 5 different trips.

This was not a terrible experience but they missed several opportunities to be excellent. Did not offer a car fax at the time of sale. Found out immediately after the purchase that the air didn’t work and the cruise control didn’t work. They would not offer to fix them. Had to pay $1000 for my mechanic to fix it.
Jake gave such an amazing service and helped get us a great deal, while also being considerate of all the needs I have, and offering every option for me that would fot my financial needs.

I went with my parents to trade in their cars. We had spoken with Michael Benincasa and he was so sweet. He was very helpful with all my parents questions. As well as even though I wasn't there for my own car he made me feel so welcomed and apart of the process!

We were looking for months for a used car and we were not sure which model we wanted- we met Tom sklar at Walser Nissan who was amazing and helped us through the process of eliminating various car models- he was honest and no pressure and helped us figure out which car would be the best for our needs- he pulled up stats on every car and encouraged us to drive at least five different models- he is the best in particular if you don't like being pressured buy car salesman

My sunroof stopped closing in so I brought it in for repair. I was impressed by the service department here. Granted, my standards for dealership service are rock-bottom low (bad past experiences elsewhere). David texted with me every step of the way and wasn't annoyed by having to text me back as I had questions, etc. while getting my car worked on. They kept me updated as they worked on it and had updates. They also let me know when it would be done and gave me Uber credits to get home and back to pick it up!

Needed service and a 100k-mile service for my Frontier, they uncovered some problems which required me to leave it there over the holidays. Highly recommend this location. Nissan is an incredibly affordable and nice car at the moment, and this dealership will take good care of you. The sales team is a lot of fun and very knowledgable. You can tell they take pride in their work. I never felt dismissed being a woman, which unfortunately isn't always the case in car purchasing!

Mike Benincasa did an excellent job. He was bery knowlegeable about all the paperwork and was teuly an advocate for me as the buyer. He helped me get the originally listed price and was able to remove some unnecessary charges. Walser also has a surprisingly good warranty program.
Jake did a great job helping me with my first leased vehicle. Explained everything well and worked within my budget to make it an overall great experience. Only downside is the internet isnt the greatest inside, otherwise no complaints!
Haven’t heard back about my issue. I’m having with my radio. They keep giving me the runaround.
