I had an issue with my frontier making noise at highway speed coming from the windshield. I brought the vehicle in and had a video of the exact problem happening, of which they told me that was very helpful. They could not reproduce the noise despite driving my vehicle enough to use a quarter of a tank of gas. The technicians were nice but to recommend a new transfer case for $11k for a vehicle with 50,000 miles and worth $30k is ridiculous as the first option because an auto 4 wheel drive light keeps flashing on the dash. I loved my Armada but am now posting and telling everyone I know not to buy a Nissan.

Bought a Jeep remotely. Overall, it was a very good experience. Purchase process went smoothly and delivery to WI was inexpensive. Vehicle has a little undisclosed tough up paint but I still love it!

Disappointed that we were told the brand new vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. Windows filthy inside and out, top of vehicle covered in dust and bug splatter everywhere. Follow up on my phone calls to sales department went unanswered until a wonderful lady is some other department listened to my concerns and made me feel better about that dealership experience.

Had a super great experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and was never pressured. My experience with this dealership was lousy to say the least. From start to finish of when I first looked at the car to finally driving away with it and calling it mine took 1 month. Keep in mind I signed the papers in 4 days from first look at the vehicle. My salesperson was kind and as helpful as she could be but to get any sort of update YOU will have to contact THEM not the other way around. Transparency pricing is a joke. My daughter went in to look at a car because her car had been totaled. We were working on a strict budget due to the insurance pay out and I had figured tax/title based off of the website price before she event went to look at the car. Friendly service, but the slowest service department that I’ve ever dealt with. What takes 1 hour elsewhere takes 2 hours or more at Walser Nissan.
Service tech was friendly and helpful. He helped find an online coupon for the service on my vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate on the time it would take to complete the service. Very friendly at checkout too
Service is so bad. Every time I got there have to waited some time 3 hours. I just got a new car for about 2 weeks the make me pay $493 for fixing the cable what is bumper to bumper warranty? And i haven't receive $200 for gas as they promised when by my new car. I will not refer my friends and family to this dealership. Lol
