When renewing my lease, the Sales Rep Chris and GM Hassan both worked to find me the best deal. Customer service was thoughtful, earnest and much appreciated.
I had a wonderful experience with Cody! He was very helpful through the whole process. The car had a service light go on and since it was a Honda I had to go to the Honda location to have it serviced. They were also extremely helpful in getting be back up and running. I love my new (to me) 2017 Honda Accord Sport!
Cody and Sean were great! Very helpful. Cody was especially patient with my mother and her "old school" ways helping find the right vehicle and understand some of the new features she is not used to.
I was greeted right when I walked in and offered a water. Based on a reccomendation from a coworker I met with Hassan, and he was great. Super friendly and polite and was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t purchase my first time to the dealership as my current lease still had a few months to go. My second time to the dealership was just as good. Again, I was greeted when I walked in the door. This time I worked with Cody and he was also super nice and very helpful. I ended up leasing a new Rouge and couldn’t be happier, as it’s a big upgrade from what I previously had. Everyone at Walser was really friendly and personable. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or make a decision before I was ready and that made me feel more at ease.
