Needed to get my 2017 Rogue Sport serviced + additional repairs/fixes, was able to easily make an appointment online, able to drop off vehicle early in the morning - suuuper helpful, and received fairly clear and straightforward communication throughout the process!! I had an issue with my frontier making noise at highway speed coming from the windshield. I brought the vehicle in and had a video of the exact problem happening, of which they told me that was very helpful. They could not reproduce the noise despite driving my vehicle enough to use a quarter of a tank of gas. After that they told me I would need to wait till the noise occurred all the time before they would fix it.
