Appointment time was kept, work performed as requested, only hitch I didn't promptly get the messages sent by the service advisor, as was used to them coming into the waiting area to finish up paperwork. I was advised via text and I didn't realize soon enough. Could've got out sooner

I brought my car in for repairs on a Monday and was told it would take approximately 6 hours to complete. I didn’t get my car back till Wednesday afternoon. Moreover, the repairs that were done weren’t done well, because my car is making a clunking noise in the area where they replaced a ball joint, which means I now have to go back in this week to get the car repaired again
I have been with Nissan for many years with 2 Altimas and now a Rogue. I have used their service department for the maintenance from start to finish on the 2014 Altima. They have a wonderful service department. The staff are always helpful when I have questions. I like the multipoint inspection. This helps me plan for future maintenance issues. The salesman Henry Hofstad was wonderful to work with on buying the 2026 Rogue and trading in the 2014 Altima.
