Communication between departments is poor. I was promised a fix for a problem. It was not fixed. Don't promise what you can't deliver. I felt like once you had my money i was no longer a priority. You can do better!
My patience and tolerance threshold for buying a car is very low and is rarely enjoyable for me. Today was different! It still took 2+ hours, but I actually enjoyed my time there.
