We had a good experience until it came to the actual process of figuring out payments - the whole time, the manager was discussing very low rates and staying "within budget", but when it came time to do the financing piece, he came back with a very high rate and immediately handed the tablet to sign without discussion. I was taken aback just because we had been discussing quite different numbers. The whole process leading up to it was great (thank you Dan!) but when that portion happened, it felt like a gut punch and that it didn't matter what ...
